Just hit legs.
Woke up, took caffeine, cialis, and a protein shake. Saw some gym buddies and hit legs. Squats, belt squat machine, quad extensions, hamstring curls, and vagina fly’s.
Just had 6 eggs with ham and sipping on black coffee with creation, collagen, and a fiber supplement post-workout.

I got really drunk for the US Australia game yesterday, and ended up passing out at 8pm last night. Ended up sleeping for about 12 hours, which my body really needed badly and I feel amazing today.
Woke up and did a 60 minute incline walk on 14 grade at 3.8mph, then followed up with a 30 minute HIIT session with my trainer. 2 rounds of 12 lifts(full body) with about 15 second break in between sets. Absolutely killed it. Still working on the last bit of belly fat(which I'm hoping will be gone in 3-4 weeks) and things are going to be in wonderful shape.

To be honest, I'm pretty happy with my current physique, but I'm in really good cardio shape right now so I might as well keep going until I'm looking great.
