These days, "athleisure" is dominant - even in preppy circles. I'm willing to bet erry high school girl has been sent home at least once in 2018 for wearing yoga pants to class. All of the "prep" brands (jcrew, br, vinyard vines) are losing sales while Lululemon, Old Navy and Athleta are skyrocketing.
Now that it's 2020, Brandy Melville bringing the prep back.
