A MAJORITY of girls in high school that look better than average are high maintenance. It remains that way with most girls that fit that category until their mid 20's and sometimes their early 30s when they start to mellow out because they realize they're driving away suitors.

College age girls are somewhat different though, cause college is college. With the exception of nut jobs, a LOT of women start to get better when they enter their mid to late 20s. Probably has to do with their biological clock.

Some it may be their background though, it varies from girl to girl. Try not to paint those who dress like this or take pride in their appearance with the same brush as the last girl, everyone is different bro.

Kate Middleton is a complete doll, beautiful smile. Pippa is attractive, but IMO Kate is a lot prettier.
