Energy yes.
Missing the gym so bad. Had Xrays this week- doc says no cartilage in right hip. Ball worn down flat, hip socket collapsing. Replacement in about mid November. Constant pain right now. Working full time to get my wife through school. She finishes her MFA in November so all good. Stay in the saddle until then.

Back to gym in probably February and my favorite reps- HIIT rowing machine 45 second go, 45 seconds rest, 25 reps, 12 sets.

Men tend to categorize people as things, the higher body count they have. It turns into a minor form of Machiavellianism whereby people become objects, things, for their own gratification. That's why we get 90% of the comments we get on the MISC regarding women. BTW that also explains the risk of p0rn.

Women have a different coping system, and reason for the behavior in the first place, but are still affected as heavily. Our behaviors tell the story.
