yeah, the opening was kinda meh but as soon as you leave town and go to the castle it picks up, which is about an hour to an hour and a half in. crafting seems pretty cool too. I looked at the 2D and I was like nah, it's too retro IMO.

that said, couldn't help but laugh at the main character having the android 18 and post hyperbolic time chamber trunks haircut. Not really keen on getting all the achievements so it's w/e.

ive been playing far cry 5, actually having a ton of fun. haven't played the series since far cry 4 years ago. Just so much crazy stuff that can happen. playing horizon 5 too

Finally got my groove back to gaming, and enjoying Diablo 2 a lot. Much more now that read up on the lore and basically just youtubed Diablo 1 since I just dont have the time to play it just for the lore anymore.

This video helped a lot


The lore is actually really easy to follow and not so convoluted so it was easy to read up on and even now 20+ years later, it really makes me enjoy playing Diablo 2 resurrected a lot more knowing what's really going on in the world. Now I'm excited to play diablo 3 too even though its reviews arent that good. But I'm gonna play for the lore.

And its really fun to play as a sorcerer this time, because in most games from when I was a kid, I've always picked melee classes but trying out a spell caster type is actually really fun and challenging and its so fun to rain down spells on the enemies.

During Black Friday I picked up Ratchet & Clank, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake/Intergrade. Only disappointment was that Kena wasn't on a discount, so I held off on buying that.

Am currently at the tail end of Death Stranding. Thinking I'll boot up R&C next.

Ya'll recommend Halo 4 and Guardians? was holding off on those cuz I don't have an xbox console but with cloud i'm able to play Guardians on my PC.

But there's so many Halo's now, idk if the quality went down. Already played 1,2,3 odst, and reach. All great, with the best one being 1 and odst for me

I literally just finished Halo 5, so I am all caught up going into Infinite. The storyline for 5 is probably a bit of a step back, but the graphics are hnnnngggg and the gameplay is still topnotch.

Just DL'd Sniper Elite 4. It's the first in the series I've played.

So good so far. You need to think about stealth and staying hidden, in an open battle you will die quickly!

I see. Feel like skipping 4 altogether and get started with Guardians. It's really nice seeing a modern graphics Halo, new weapons and effects as well so I am looking forward to playing it tommorow

most people enjoyed 4's campaign vs 5's.

honestly kind of nuts that 4 was originally a 360 game. was a massive graphical jump over 3.

Wayy too much to play. Finished halo reach was pretty good but not amazing. Halo 4 is epic though so far, graphics sooo much better and the sounds effects of gun with s headset is hnnnng, new weapons too only couple hours in. Still playing horizon 5 and a little infinite. Want to start a plague tale innocence too, then psychonauts 2 metroid dread and then the whole gears of war series I’ve never played.

I know there is a lot to play currently, but I can't find anything I can really enjoy.

So I just continue to play hearthstone because I can do other stuff while playing.

Lost Ark beta was fun. But three months plus before release may as well be 10 years.

Good luck starting Gears of War. It is some of the most fun that I have had gaming.

I feel you bro, when real life gets hard, I also dont enjoy games. I was worried over my job and financials a few weeks ago and was only playing Fall Guys to remove some stress lol. Even had a short online gambling phase.

It'll get better though dude, you'll enjoy games again.

Yep I knew I made the right move to just sell my PS4 copy. I was so pissed off when they said they're not releasing the expansion to PS4 and there were strong rumors that it's coming to PC anyway.



Also Diablo 2 Resurrected is so good lol I even dream about it. It's been a long time since I last dreamt about a medieval style RPG.

Beat Axiom Verge 2 a few days ago. The story is nonsense but everything else is fantastic like the first. Crazy how one guy can come up amazing maps, soundtrack, unique abilities, monsters, etc better than some giant teams at the big developers.

Dug out my Vita and playing FFX for the first time on it now. Only a few hours in but I'm liking the story so far and the "sphere grid" is a cool upgrade system that's more interesting than regular upgrade trees.
