Complete BS. It was discussed prior and it was sent for humanitarian not to the government, although the govt got it.

Show me one piece of evidence besides some blue hair raving that is what happened.

The entire point of the embargo is to cause regime change in Cuba, bend the government's knee... They want the Cubans to rise up, and how do you do that? Cause a crisis (humanitarian crisis) in said country, in Cuba's case, black them out with no electricity...


Im not saying the U.S. Navy won't block Chinese ships, but dont be so sure they will either. They didn't with Cuba. We will find out soon enough
