New report reveals Biden’s open borders caused a 30% rise in home prices and 20% rise in rent prices
Literally every single aspect of your life will get better with mass deportations.
Each 1% increase in unauthorized workers corresponded with about a 2.2% rise in home prices and a 1.4% increase in rents.

no chit - when you got 10 border jumpers in 1 house splitting the rent - of course the rental prices increase as the landlords know they can get more
supply and demand for the rest
it isnt rocket science
you have whole small towns in portugal that locals cannot afford to live in because illegals are working the fields for cash - and of of course all sharing the local houses.
it's pushed out the natives (they cannot afford to rent or buy them), as well as them operating illegal mosks in the area to further take over
difference races/nationalities too sharing housing that hate each other in their own countries and are fighting each other - but in the west they live under izslum to just try and get along for now

Can someone explain why we would see a 1 to 1.4 ratio of rents increase to immigrant increase, yet a 2.2x in housing?
Is fox claiming that there was so much pent up demand for rent by illegals that would be renters became buyers and flooded the market by 2.2x? I doubt a bunch of 20 somethings rented at X, got an increase to Y and figured I'll just increase my expenses beyond all that and buy. Especially post 2021.
Perhaps everything increased by 30% due to an increase in inflation of 30% over that 3 year period...
Illegals don't buy houses.

I personally believe the number is lower than that only because the number of illegals living here is close to double the 30 year old "official" numbers.

Yep, you increase the demand by adding more people who need homes it increases prices.
Increased crime a lot too. Liberals say this isn't true and have stats to back it up as in CONVICTIONS and the reason there aren't that many convictions of illegal immigrants is half of them give a false name/ID and even the one's that do just don't show up for court. He was Jose yesterday, now he's Hector today.
