Fraud, scams, corruption, all of that is going to happen because this isn't a perfect world and it's just human nature to look out for yourself and get the most with the least amount of effort, however we slide into low trust society territory where scamming and fraud are looked at as being smart and corruption is the order of business. Especially when those who are supposed to be at the top in charge are the one's doing it. The fact we have senators and a governor in the middle of it along with a whole chain of people who should have done something but didn't. They weren't even hiding it. So what, a few people made some money and it cost people some money, but it's so much worse than that, and if you have the mental capability to understand how it leads to a 3rd world type scene where everyone is fukd except a few on the top. To think Tim Waltz almost became VP and would have probably appointed Omar in an unthinkable position.
