Thank you lord Trump for so willingly swelling the ranks of dem voters. I guess it will be worth four years of your complete idiocy since you're putting the final nails into the coffin of the Republican party. I thought I was going to have to wait until all the boomers croaked, but you've sped things up considerably.

Your HS kids won't have to learn a work ethic since the invaders who want to work will take care of those low wage jobs like McDonalds. No problem. Plus, we will get to practice our HS Spanish when we go through the fast food drive thru since they cannot speak a lick of English. Who cares if they are hanging around the streets in tent cities, crapping on our sidewalks. Cultural enrichment. Oh, and don't worry about the crime. Americans commit more crimes than they do so you won't even notice the small uptick.

They don't have to rescind the 2A, they can simply use laws that already exist on the local and state level applied on a federal level. Imagine CA, NY, Chicago, NJ, MD, anti-gun laws passed across the USA.
Second, it's not the content of what constitutes a National Emergency. It's the fact that if a GOP sitting President can bypass the constitutional laws to get what he wants, what is going to stop a democrat sitting president from doing the same thing for what-ever the reason in the future. Just say.. "I call a National Emergency because I don't agree with the house and the senate."

Obama declared 13 national emergencies over various issues. Where were the meltdowns then?
Trump isn't setting any new precedent. Trump isn't changing the content of what constitutes and national emergency. That's the false propaganda of the mainstream propaganda agencies and the Dem Party and other open borders advocates.

To say this declaration is just like previous emergency declarations is night and day difference. This IS a new precedent in the fact that if the executive branch is going directly against the house. So if congress doesn't pass what a future sitting president wants on gun control, then they can just bypass it with a emergency declaration.

He should've told her to go stroll through some of the "nogo" migrant zones in France/Germany/UK as the result of what they want to push on Hungary, and come back and tell him a list of what positive, tangible things that would produce for his nation? And EU liberals feeling good about their guilt in their ivory towers doesnt count. would be fukin hialarious

Things it’s meant to prevent the governemt from doing include oppressing people’s speech and freedom and taking guns away.
There’s nothing that prevents them from building a border wall. The burden is on you. You want to stop him from building a wall and you’re using the constitution.
Yeah, tell that to CA, NY, Chicago, MD, NJ etc. Last time I checked, they were still states in our Union.
And they should go and fight ****. Laws can be made to amend the constitution and all and states can regulate from within. I don’t live in any of those **** holes but going of from how you’re posting you sound like one of those liberals who moved here to AZ for whatever failed reason and wanna bring failed policies to what once was a heavy conservative state.

Gun control requires new law be made, which only Congress can do. Trump isn't making new law.

It doesn't have to be laws that are passed. Look at the bump-stock ban, and the reclassification of "machine guns". Basically, after march, if you have one in your possession, you are a criminal. How many in congress voted on that? NONE.

I don't care about the wall, what I care about is the principle in getting the wall, or anything, and disregarding the constitution. That's the point. Trump wants to rip up the constitution to get what he wants. If he can do that, then what's to stop any future president from doing the same?

Congress for the last decade has done an incredibly poor job at actually passing budgets. Instead, they just pass Continuing Resolutions, which just means agencies spend what they did the last fiscal year.
On top of that, there's a signficant amount of OCO funding in the DoD. OCO funding has no program tied to it, it's literally just a slush fund.
