Actually, the highest income tax brackets have the largest % to pay. So if we're being technical they continue to make it out the worst. 45% of lowest income earners will still contribute $0 net and receive MORE money than before.

Good try, though.

People doing the best literally by definition do not make out worse.. by letting them do even better and putting a bigger burden on the middle class

If you keep suking those billionaires diks though you might get some of that sweet sweet trickle down.. I mean it has NEVER worked every single time Conservatives have tried it anytime or any place.... i'm sure this time is the charm though.. open that throat up.

What burden on the middle class? Literally 99.9% of middle class people will pay LESS after this bill passes. It isn't like they hiked the middle tax brackets to lower the top bracket.

FYI- everyone who pays under $100k a year in taxes should have no right to bitch about how people paying millions aren't "carrying their share"

Same. Will be a great 8 years for my family. I do have a feeling the American people will get phucked after those 8 years to help pay for all of this. At that point a Democrat will be in so they’ll get the blame. If trump signs it into law on Xmas, does it take effect immediately?

Yeh I’m not a huge fan of anyone getting exemptions or tax breaks when you don’t even pay taxes. Talk about wealth redistribution

Dat 15% inflation tho.

and the debt, which to me has been the most important long term issue, will rise even faster.

Like I said. They should save this for when we need it, there will be another recession. There is ALWAYS another recession.

People who make more get a higher "penalty" than those who make less. End of story. The higher you earn the worse governments treats you.

Meanwhile, 45% of Americans NET $0 TAXES PAID or even surplus after their tax refund. And yet, you still want to penalize the only people paying taxes by taxing them even more?

This post is correct, inflation will become a huge concern as the interest payments increase. And what tools will the government use when we do go into recession? Can't lower taxes much more without blowing up the debt even more.

One thing I hate about this bill is that interest on home equity loans is no longer deductible and so many less people itemizing is bound to negatively impact charitable giving.

First of all thats bullchit fake news. 2nd if people who are working don't pay taxes it's because they are below the poverty line. You're trying to pass that off as a good thing.

I'm sure they are all laughing all the way to the bank not paying taxes because the are making 30 grand a year working 60 plus hours a week. Yeah they are really getting over on us retard

Seriously. In today's day and age, unless you have complicated investments, lots of income producing property, or own a small business, there's zero reason for an accountant.

And Mimsy is actually a security guard who works tons of overtime and earns low six figures. Which in Cali is like $50k, but don't tell him that because he actually thinks he makes bank.
