I believe we have been to the moon, But 1969 was obviously filmed in a studio to beat the Russians there. We didn't go in 1969, but we have been since.....also think we don't get the true facts about the moon and its origins.

The OP is exactly correct with this statement. The Luner Module did NOT go to the moon and back. Only the Apollo Command Module did that. Thank you for accurately reminding miscers of history, OP.

The soviets tracked the spacecraft all the way to the moon, you dont think they would love to call the US out if we faked it, not to mention faking it and keeping thousands of people quiet (lol, the government cant even keep small scandals quiet) is much harder and more expensive than actually going.....and the samples we brought back showed that the moon is the same material as earth and the same age meaning that the impact and re-accretion theory is most likley correct.
