And this whole "embarrassed on a world stage" is utter nonsense. How the fuk am I supposed to be personally embarrassed for the country I live in? I feel much much better than I did in 2008-2016, I really hated getting bent over by the EU, China, Mexico, and Canada. I hated having the strongest military in the world that couldn't defeat a group of rag-tag jihadists in Syria/Iraq named ISIS, it was all such a joke. The worlds superpower yielded none of it's power, totally neutered by the last administration.
All well and good until a few opinionated, personal comments pizz of the wrong people and we have WWIII on our hands.

It's crazy how illogical it has all gotten. The extremists just follow their own parties now and freak out about anything the other party does. It's to the point were you just have to put a label on what party a person is and they will blindly agree to it.

I understand where you're coming from, but it seems like you have at least some sort of preconceived notion of what's "presidential" based off past precedent? Let's face it, social media completely altered the political landscape. Trump was one of the earliest adopters and social media driven campaigners, wouldn't it be fair to say that this shift could have substantially altered the past precedent no matter who took office? Some more than others, sure. Just look how much social media has changed us as a society, altered lives, why wouldn't this extend to a degree to the POTUS?

You thought he was well-spoken? No offence, but why not look at his sh!tty politics and know he was a poor choice. Trump is not polished, but people know that. His policies are what truly matters, not the packaging.

When you look at Donald Trump's entire life since adolescence....how he's progressed, made his money, the things he's accomplished....that's where he belongs. Politics is a different realm...he was attracted to the power, the power of being #1 more than anything. And for a rookie..he's done pretty well. And provided LOLZ along the way. Real estate and being a mogul is where he belongs, I think we can agree. Talking to the President of France over tea on a couch with flowers about foreign policy isn't......

I’ve often thought this.

Pretty shocking when you consider the security they’re under.

Edit: my reasoning for having **** be vetted isn’t anything to do with freedom of speech. It’s more to do with national security/making sure the president can’t tweet anything that could be dangerous

Trump was far better than any of those chumps, and been the best modern president by far. Is he rough around the edges, yes, but that's good in this day and age of SJWs.

Bolded part, what makes someone great at this? Take almost any politician off script and you'll often see how little they really know about the way the world works. I've worked with politicians first hand, up to US Congressmen, you're giving these people too much credit by saying Trump cannot do what they do. Politicians do not need eloquence for anything other than convincing impressionable voters. I don't care how eloquent Trump is in front of other foreign leaders. Does the man deliver on policy or not? Does the policy benefit the US or does it hurt the US? This should be all that matters.
