Right, and assuming you are referring to the wars resulting from the break up of the former Yugoslavia even those involved outside peace keepers/military supplies and large numbers of armed combatants on each sides of the conflicts. That's very different than what's occurring here.

And even those situations resulted in large numbers of refugees.

Clearly this is an organically-formed wave of migrants that is just coincidentally bound for the US and hitting mainstream news just before midterm elections...

So much compassion. Just as long as they don't end up moving into your neighbourhood though right? As long as they're in someone else's neighborhood and you don't need to deal with them it's all good and you and your enlightened liberal pals can circle jerk each other about how much more tolerant and morally superior you all are. even so, what are you gonna do? relocate the entire population of honduras until it magically fixes its problems? this is a problem for the UN peacekeeping forces if they wanna chime in. not someone else. there is literally no reason to let illegals (legals yes) people through if the country doesn't want to. all those asylum international treaties mean nothing if there are no ways of enforcing them. send em back or let em pass. I'm waging the former is gonna happen.

lol what? Yeah the Democrats/Soros are responsible.

Come on, keep your CT bs out of here. The only influence this will have on the election is helping Trump.

If you want to play that game its more likely this was organized by the Republicans. Not too many Americans except the most far left of the far left are going to see these pictures and think "gee, we need less border security"

That isn't the situation here.

1. Once you leave your war torn country and enter a new safe country, you are no longer a refugee. If you want to keep looking to find work you are just an economic migrant. At that point you have to follow all normal rules/procedures for entering a new country. Plenty of people dont have jobs. That doesnt mean they get to break the law.

2. These are not war torn countries they are fleeing. Yes, Honduras and some other central American countries have violence, but that doesn't make you a refugree.

3. For a lot of these people it would actually be quicker to go south to say Costa Rica. However, they aren't doing that because they want the better jobs in the US. That's fine, but then see point 1.
Interesting.

I usually don't agree with much of what you say but even though I disagree to a point about refugees from war torn countries, you do make a good point. I wish more liberal minded people would be on board with this instead of wanting Trump to fail so badly that they would support an invading army as long as they could say "I told you so" to anyone even remotely conservative.

i make no comment about whether or not they should be allowed to stay. i simply want to point out the reasons for why they're leaving their country and entering our country, and that you might do the same if you were in their position.

This isn't migration, it's an invasion. Also a lot of those chitbags are live on ******** and they sound entitled as hell.

"Nos tienes que dejar entrar. Ándale, pegame y te está viendo el gobierno de Honduras. Quieres una guerra?"

"You have to let us in. Go ahead, hit me the Honduran government is watching you. Do you want a war?"

This is just an excerpt of some of the footage.

That phrase made my blood boil. Your POS country and government treated you so poorly you fled like a coward and you act entitled and threaten your potential host nation?

Should just let the cartels clean this mess up.

Yeah, that question usually shuts people like you up.

So poor intercity American youths who are fleeing gang violence/lack of jobs have a right to forcefully enter your home..and if you don't think so you're a cuck? Do I have that right?

Bullshhit. Your whole schtick is virtue signalling with the unspoken and assumed caveat that these people won't end up moving into your neighbourhood. Just like the Hollywood actors/actresses that can't seem to get enough of the refugees while living in gated mansions patrolled by private security. Phuck outta here hypocrite.

i grew up in southern california and now live in the bay area. ive been surrounded by immigrants, legal and otherwise, in my neighborhoods, my entire life.

lol at your mindset of needing to "deal" with them. it's obvious that it's YOU who doesn't want them in YOUR neighborhood, and you project that onto me.

I mean, it is the definition of invasion; anyone that tries to say otherwise is intellectually dishonest. That's one reason why I actually respect you as a poster even though I almost always disagree with you. There are far too many trolls that will take a stance no matter how absurd just to get a rise out of others.

Exactly. It's the same chit when the Mexicans that are already in the US protest and wave the Mexican flag. Go the fukk back if it's so great or wave the American flag.

I'm a legal immigrant. I paid the dues and am a naturalized citizen. My mom and dad are/did as well. Always have worked, always paid taxes and I have a good job now. Younger siblings were born here, one of them graduated from college with a scholarship, next in line is a junior in high school.

We don't have criminal records and we all learned English. Sorry for the rant, but this is why I get so mad over this stuff.
