To Trumpers, these are legit points and they're gonna be shook Tuesday when suburban women send Trump the ash bin of history where he belongs.

Women not being allowed that was a democrat platform, Republicans fought it.

The Democrats always base their platform on oppressing a certain group of people.

- native Americans (I.e Indian remove act)
- blacks (slavery )
-women
-blacks again ( opposing civil rights act)

Now that have gone on to trying to have a majority of people vote for minority to pay for everything

And then slowly moving to oppression of the white male.

I think it was arn710 or someone like that who said most of these threads boil down to..

"Oh look someone in a certain group/demographic votes for a different candidate. Lets take away their right to vote."

Women are not held to the same standards as men. Most of the women I knew constantly pretended to be sick or injured to get out of duty they didn't want to do. They even got pregnant on purpose to avoid deployment.

sick bro and our president faked bone spurs to dodge the draft, so what does that have to do with the right to vote?

You keep bringing that up (the bone spurs). What does it have to do with anything? Pretty sure Obama didn't serve in the military, or Clinton.

Only slightly more ridiculous than thinking women shouldn't have the right to vote, or thinking we should revoke women's right to vote due to your misogyny. Keep 'em barefoot and pregnant, right chief?

You cited selective service earlier and don't seem to understand it implies mandatory military conscription, which Clinton (edu deferment )and Trump (bone spurs) avoided but wasn't around when Obummer reached adulthood.

thats MY point dude! jesus - obviously neither trump's bone spurs or your fellow female army member's actions have anything to do with WOMENS' RIGHT TO VOTE. you brought up the actions of your fellow army women:

you said that in this thread, where we're discussing women's right to vote, as a defense of your position that women shouldnt have the right to vote. surely then, if that's relevant, then trump's bone spur fake should bar all men from the right to vote then. who will vote then!? KEEP UP PLOX.

I’m going to couple this with the entitlement argument because they are interrelated.

I’m going to keep the conversation for the simplicity between white and black wage gap.

For obvious reasons there was an initial wage gap post slavery into the industrial era, We had a chance post great depression too easily alleviate that however systematic racism was so predominate at that time it was realistically on unachievable.

To make matters worse, all with good intentions, FDR passes the new deal which set the foundation to prohibit the wage gap from improving in the future.

Then as society progresses we begin to work through dealing with the civil rights disparities and work our way into the civil rights act in the early 60s.

This was the staging opportunity to form a new foundation and grow.

Instead at the time of the greatest opportunity we created the self imposed obstacle to prohibit any chance of solving it- Johnson’s great Society.

We should have done the inverse.

So then minorities (specifically black in this case), already in a lower economic class due to the climate were immediately placed as victims of entitlements.

in the effort of time due to a work load I have and prepping for market action tomorrow, I’m going to use some of my previous post.

Now in addition to the entitlements being a partial causation of the problem, They have also lead to social resentment.

Even though they don’t represent the largest total participants in entitlements, a llarge percent as a group is still victims of the program- As the entire culture for all practical matters initially entered the program, it was that much harder for them ever to escape as the program traps them.

So you had continuing underlying inherit resentment from other cultures against that specific culture that also transposed the difficulties in the job market of acceptance and inclusion.

This just exacerbated the situation, and lengthened pockets of systematic racism longer than naturally would have been diminished in certain cases.

As an unintended consequence (or perhaps intended), it developed into a vote buying‘s scheme by the Democrat party in which it created a culture of loyalty by the black culture that helped lead the Democratic Party into complete control of the house all the way into the early 90s.

This not having any real 1st level of reform until the mid 90’s.

The continuation hasn’t make it better, and there is nothing on the horizon that displays optimism of it(entitlement culture) changing soon.

There will be a natural progression of wage gap improvement regardless, it will just happen at a much much longer rate due to this.

We do have concerns for them, legit ones.

Y’all just pretend you do. What you actually support is a great evil. Why it’s so easy for many of you to watch and laugh.

Welfare? I think the general idea is a well intended and possibly very beneficial social safety net for a modern society.

The problem has been implementation of the system

It has turned into an unintended conspiracy effort of people abusing the system and politicians using it to gain power

The net result has turned it into a partial self destructive behavior enabling program.

I’m surrounded by a culture of people on it.

I work at trying to inspire them to get away from that lifestyle and cultural expectation.

It’s the hard way to do it. Something liberals don’t want to try.

I try influence and inspire them to overcome obstacles, face adversity, and grow as a person.

I grew up in a area heavy with that culture.

I spend more time on a daily basis - in their apartments, trailers, multi family sharing a roach motel room, etc etc.

I’m personally around them every day, I eat with them I go to their “homes” I know their kids and their families etc.

I understand their “trap”

The liberal created trap...

It has caused an entire multi generation of culture to become dependent.

It reduces ambition and sets an expectation that “the right thing to do” is accept them( entitlement help) to take care of their family rather than taking ambitious or entrepreneurial risk to advance themselves, spend time on further education etc

- As to become eligible for the entitlements you have to be often jobless or underpaid, so the culture considers the admirable thing to do is not work so you can qualify to “take care of your family”

It’s a disgusting way to treat people.

Liberals like to drive downtown and not see someone eating out of a dumpster and think they can throw the money to help them so they don’t have to see them, maybe doing so It will prevent them from stealing are entering their neighborhood.

Welfare is liberals modern plan for segregation- they just try to convince themselves its all for good, while they basicly try to shelf people in virtual warehouses.

The hard road is to make them a better person- This involves Tough-love and taking hard knocks in life and overcoming them.

Democrats keep wanting to hear a Republican “plan” As an alternative. The premise of that expectation is the plan will involve some other kind of entitlement.

How about no plan? How about leaving people alone and creating a business climate with less regulation so they could grow, etc etc.

Heck liberals that hate weather inequality should really hate welfare.

Welfare keeps the poor people poor. Keeps them in place and discourages advancement, progression, and self worth. Likewise it helps keep the rich stay rich and politicians in power by people voting for them to keep getting that check.

Welfare is one of the most cruel and inhumane things America has done to its poor

What we are doing now is raising livestock of working animals. However we are not using this livestock to work. The livestock just roams around or lays down in the fields and doesn't even bend over to eat the grass. They wait for someone to come fill the grain trough and eat that, then lay back down.

What it could be- An old town gathers grain together for bad times. A drought or freeze hits the town and the are low on food supply this winter. The town shares their storage for that winter, then goes back to normal way of life after that.

What we have now is towns people just waiting around for the grain instead of going back to the normal way of life.

Do I want to greatly reduce it? Yes

Do I want to immediately do it like pulling the rug suddenly out from underneath them with no transition plan? Heck no.
