I used California as one example. Every illegal alien in the country (all 50 states) has full access to education and health care services paid for by American citizens. Texas school are filled with illegals. Arizona schools have tons of illegals.
Trump just signed a bill that turned the entire country into a "sanctuary state".

He could not veto the bill. Don't blame Trump for this terrible bill, but the republican law makers that signed it.

Yeah, don't blame Trump for telling congress he supports the bill and wants it passed.
Don't blame Trump for signing the bill into law.
Don't blame Trump that he did a total 180 on illegal immigration and granted full amnesty to illegals.

The US will be California, with the same demographics and poverty rates.
The bill he signed:
- Grants amnesty to anyone who enters the US with a minor, essentially legalizing (and encouraging) child trafficking.
- Grants amnesty to any illegal alien who lives in the same residence as a minor.
- Grants full VETO power to mayors of sanctuary cities to block any construction of new border barrier.
- Makes his "emergency declaration" illegal and in violation of US law, virtually ensuring it gets defeated in the courts.
- Makes a "wall" completely useless. Illegals can just flood through ports of entry with minors and be granted amnesty.

"A federal law applies to the nation as a whole and to all 50 states whereas state laws are only in effect within that particular state. ... Basically, if a federal and state law contradict, then when you're in the state you can follow the state law, but the feds can decide to stop you"
Except in this case it would be the opposite, the federal government would choose to not act.
But "the funds in this act" have nothing to do with state money being used for state business.
Where is the money in this act going btw?

Where is Tennessee going to deport people? To Nevada? And who is going to be in charge of these deportations? Local police? State troopers? You have no clue what you are talking about.

The state would give them to federal government to do with as they are required. They would be MOVED from the state as they deem fit....

Do common sense people agree that this bill was written by those who are against the wall, against the ability to use a national emergency to fund/build it and for granting access for mass amounts illegal immigrants with all types of loopholes on what ICE will be allowed to do.
Knowing that to be factual, then common sense must dictate that there will be language within this bill that not only accomplishes all that, but more importantly, language meant specifically written for the SC to not allow Trump to declare a national emergency as his signing of the bill agrees to just that.

Some people come here and are deported 10-20 times and just walk back over...
This is no longer about illegals being given to ice simply to be given a slap on the wrist so they can walk across again.
The only alternative, undocumented or not is to actually serve prison time for their crimes rather than be sent back, something the department of homeland security has no say over... nor will these funds go to the prisons that house them.
If the law to give illegals over to the federal government are no longer in place then these illegals are going to spending a lot of time in prison instead of walking across the border.

I couldn’t care for the little concession he made.
Instead of trading full daca for the full wall we on need to do that. He fulfilled his campaign of building the wall.
Also a national emergency overrides anything on the bill so he can build wall anywhere’s.

At this point, to me, it's no longer that interesting. It's just another bloated federal government construction project that will be about as useful as all the other pet projects we piss away money on. Trumpers act like a border wall will be worthy of a yearly pilgrimage to kneel before while the hundreds of miles of it we've had for decades sits alone rusting in the heat.

The Dems & RINOs dont need to be taken seriously. All they're doing is transitioning the country into something so terrible I doubt anybody has an idea what will become of it.
Cant even get people to agree on what a wall with security personnel can actually do let alone national issues with immigrants from SA, Africa and the ME being bussed and flown in by the thousands every month. An object cannot stop a country's people and its leaders committing national suicide if they just go around it.
