Under this bill any illegal present in the same residence as a person under the age of 18 can't be deported. If there are 25 MS-13 in the same home as a 17 year old illegal, ICE can't go after them. What you'll see from this is more and more underage illegals being brought in to serve as shields in group homes to prevent deportation of adults.

Under this bill ICE has to bus illegals to pro-migration NGO facilities near sanctuary cities.

So hes going to declare a national emergency, some stupid judge is going to block it in hawaii, but since he signs the bill at the same time the wall will still be started on until the SCOTUS declares it constitutional? Then he can start on further construction...

It's going to be interesting how Senators from purple states vote on the NE, which they're going to be forced to do. Under the statute, Mitch has no power to keep it off the floor. Senate 2020 control may be on the line. McSally & Gardner for sure are going to be under the gun as to how they vote. Cornyn will also have to explain the eminent domain notices Texans get.

- President would be able to keep and detain 55k people who are illegals, in our country, and committing crimes.
- More than 1.3 billion for the wall (Nance originally promised $1)
- Trump will use his executive authority to declare a national emergency use billions of dollars needed for border security and to fund the wall, as agreed by US senate
- No amnesty will be granted - no DACA agreements. This is a huge win!!
