My sources are saying Police are FURIOUS with the decision by the CC SA to drop the charges and that the Police Super will be issuing a response after he finishes inducting the new recruiting class out of the academy this afternoon...

My sources are also saying the reason this was done as a secret, rushed court appearance was because the CC SA left the Police Super in the dark about what was going on and the court appearance was at 9AM and the police graduation class was at 10AM so that the Super would be purposely preoccupied....
