Yet when they're faced with similar proof of Trump's team constantly visiting Russia, Trump always going soft on Russia for as long as he can, Trump's top advisers meeting with Russia to conspire against a US election, Trump's advisers selling access to Trump to swing federal decisions, etc etc they then removed their heads from Trump's ass and insert them firmly into the sand.

Take the blinders off and look at the texts and emails in the setting of everything else we know. Anyone can rationalize a single text and try to make the other side look
foolish, but there comes s point where the mountain of individual texts, emails, actions among those in the IC (or most who have been fired, resigned, or demoted multiple times... which in itself should tell you something) can’t be written off as coincidence.

You’ve made it abundantly clear you refuse to do any digging into the rest of the facts, you have no idea of the events surrounding the start of the investigation, etc. you aren’t worth arguing with.

When taken into the context of the other actions taken by fusion gps, the admitted use of confidential informants into and against the trump campaign, etc. I think it becomes clear that the Russian lawyer meeting was a set up. Did she have to get special approval to even enter the us? Yes. Did she meet with fusion gps the day before and after the meeting? Yes. Did SHE reach out to team trump with an overly overt email similar to those Nigerian prince emails saying Russia was helping trump and she had dirt? Yeah. Let’s use our heads.

How many people in team trump were contacted (important distinction from did the contacting them self) regarding emails? Trump jr and the Russian lawyer. Papadapolis and halper. A few others have been on the news over the last few months saying they were contacted about getting the emails.

Look at the big picture. You are getting hung up on specific details. This can’t be rationalized away.

My conspiracy theory in all of this is both sides already know everything that the other has. I think the Trump Russia collusion is smoke and mirrors and they all know it. They are continuing in an attempt to cover up the fisa abuses (and in turn, cover for the FBI, DOJ, and ultimately Obama admin). I think Trump and surrounding team probably have information to bring it all down (like the server, communications, etc.) but are looking for a way to legally use that information to bring down the house of cards. I think the plot that I've laid out will be a tough one to prove and will require someone to flip. Hence why the house committee has been naming names (think the nunes list of 42 they want to interview, the public hearings pushing for specific names, etc.). They know all of the players, they know the actions, they just need to get someone to spill something that allows them to present info they already have to the courts.

Could be way off, who knows. But the way Trump tweets and seems to taunt the other side... it sounds like a guy who has the info and both sides know it. He just cant spill the beans because the way that he got the info probably wouldn't hold up in court.

For wanting the truth, it sure seems like many just want to validate their own beliefs.
