I doubt it. Samsung has infringed on many patents on Apple and they only got slapped with a 1 billion dollar fine. Which is pretty good considering Samsung makes much more in profit.

Most companies don't even have a science department. Gillette actually has a very strong science department which is why they have so many patents and why their products perform so much better - hence it being so much more expensive.

But even if Schick infringed, Gillette probably didn't want to deal with the litigation cost. Agian, if it were up to me, id fkn REKT Schick for even trying to get a piece of my market pie.
