I was actually shocked Trump would even publicly admit they are negotiating based on Iran’s platform but by god, he did (Fucking hell).

What the Iranians have proposed is essentially the US Fuck the fuck off, and Trump says it's workable.

when are you guys going to realise Art of the Deal never existed. It was always just PR bullshit.

He had to back down or blow up the world, because he painted himself into a corner with his stupid threats on social media. Thankfully he chose not to blow up the world and make things worse. Now he can take time to try to spin it as a win even though the US just got cucked massively.

I'm willing to bet somebody behind the scenes told him if he bombed them he'd likely get the 25th Amendment and so he backed off.

I'm also willing to bet that behind the scenes he was telling investment buddies when the announcements were going to happen so they could make money in stocks.

And it still remains that Israel breaks cease fires all the time so they could happily bomb something and this whole thing isn't over.

News is already out there. Large amounts of futures contracts being traded just before Trump makes announcements, and a repeated history of such occurrences. If there was a functional SEC this would be investigated.

A coordinated business relationship with Iran helping integrate them into the modern business community- getting rid of the 46 year distraction- while having about 3/4 of their military capability destroyed- and extracting their refined uranium?

So what's up now, Bonobo and Stizzel saying Iran uneffected by US strikes and was winning, holding the line, now they are opening the strait in return of the US to stop bombing them? They even denied there wer negotionations. I guess we will see if this holds but seems to me that there is a change. Misc Liberals taking Iranians at their word again. Nice
We really moved the needle by reaching our projected milestones vis-à-vis the Iran initiatives during Q1. Moving forward, we expect this synergism to further enhance the progress of Q2 deliverables and economic integration with our gulf state partners.

The Strait was open before the Iran war.

The Strait had free transit for 50 years.

The Strait closed because of the war.

The Strait is now open again, but every tanker/cargo ship will have to pay $2 million to pass through (money split between Iran and Oman).

Iran now has a new source of income that will generate billions per year, given the number of ships that use the Strait.

Post war (if the ceasefire sticks), Iran now has full control over the Strait. Something they didn't have before.

Im sorry Jaydubs, this isnt the win you think it is.

You and others here were foaming at the mouth for demanding Trump be in prison for "breaking" international laws, what about Iran for doing the same with the Strait?

Find one post of mine saying Trump should be in prison for "breaking" international law?.. I dont believe in international law btw. International law is for weak countries to obey, because weak countries aren't able to project their power. The U.S. is not a weak country.

Don't make shit up if you can't argue the context being discussed.
