-$586.7 million to racial equity
-$46 million to LGBTQ+ equity
-$133 million to gender equity
-$399.5 million to economic mobility
-$55 million to empathy and bridging divides
-$72 million to functional democracy
-$128.3 million to public health
-$130 million to global development
-$125 million to climate change

MacKenzie -- who last year pledged to give away the majority of her wealth -- wanted to make it crystal clear ... she didn't just blindly shove money to non-profit organizations. She said, "On this list, 91% of the racial equity organizations are run by leaders of color, 100% of the LGBTQ+ equity organizations are run by LGBTQ+ leaders, and 83% of the gender equity organizations are run by women."

I don't understand why rich guys get married. Makes zero sense.


If you do get married while rich you absolutely have to make her sign a prenup in front of her lawyer and have it video recorded so she can't say she was coerced into it.

Also put all your assets into a private trust so even if you get divorced and some ultra-liberal judge decides to throw out your prenup she can't come after assets you don't technically own (hence the private trust).



The private trust is how you really rustle a liberal judges jimmy's. They can't use the income generated from it or go after the assets at all.



The girl would basically walk away with nothing.

You can also protect wealth by ownership stake in private Business vs publicly traded. The private business can declare your ownership shares of 0 value at will- even protects from IRS etc







To be fair in this - they met in 92 prior to amazon created when both coming up.



You get married because that’s how you raise kids, and how you father.

Honestly, Bezos is probably in favor of all of these organizations.

Also, if my memery serves, the divorce happened last year. Pretty sure she needed to lighten her newly acquired taxable income. Why note get a chitload of tax writeoffs?
