I like Smith for this fight also. If hes well conditioned, takes the middle and doesn't let Ankalaev put him on the back foot he can win the fight.

Fights will probably deliver but nothing on this card excites me and I'm definitely not staying up until like 6am to watch, fuk that

Pena- Nunes has always had cardio issues and I doubt she fixed it at 34
Moreno- Just better
Pavlovich- Don't know much about him but Lewis looks fat again, probably just collecting $ now
Ankalaev- Smith is a classic gatekeeper, can beat and look good against lower level guys but can't handle the step up

Hard pass on staying up for this one for me also. Especially since I've got no paper on it. I have a feeling KKF takes Moreno on this one. They last went in 2019 and it was close. They've both made improvements but KKF looked really good recently and hes running a 3 fight winning streak.

KKF is legit but I think Moreno is the overall better fighter. KKF can definitely pull it off though. Should be a great fight.

i think im gonna put $200 over 2.5 rounds pena vs nunes. nunes is gonna be even more cautious now. hopefully they just hold onto each other for the decision

Everyone was so wow'ed when Pena beat Nunes, but if you go back and watch it again, it looks like 2 drunk sloots in a bar fight. Pena had a sloppy but successful jab and Nunes looked like she did zero cardio leading up to the fight so she just tapped out to her own exhaustion. That choke wasn't even close to putting her out

I hate Amanda Nunes for ducking the Cyborg Rematch and not publicly pressuring Dana for a 1 fight Cyborg deal, lose, win, or draw, ducking Cat Zingano for MANY YEARS and ducking Pena for many years.. Pena need to come with a completely different gameplan and go for tons of takedowns and win by ground and pound.
Amanda Nunes is horrible when getting grounded and pounded and she has never proven that she's has improved in that area.
She always has and always will wilt under heavy top game, pressure, and ground and pound.
Another standup fight for Pena is stupid because Nunes always has a puncher's chance.
Pena hopefully practiced a lot of submission defense, takedowns, top control, and ground and pound like Cat Zingano.

I feel like this could have been a great card if you replaced the WMMA headliner with a big time fight

there's definitely some good fights here, esp on the undercard but lol @ this being worth buying the PPV
