he lost to Machida, and Fedor would wreck him. 70lb+ weight difference, always bet on bloat.

Fedor beat arguably the greatest BJJ based HW ever in Big Nog, so no, I dont see any way possible Penn (who I love) even makes it close.

Prime Fedor is just about the perfect heavyweight MMA fighter. Hit like a truck, deceptively athletic and fast, world class ground and pound even from inside closed guard, awesome chin, great grappling from the feet and ground, world class submissions, amazing fight IQ, great cardio, massive heart, and perfect cool demeanor. Prime Fedor vs. Prime Jones would have been legendary.

Yes, but Fedor only won because Big Nog was not in his Prime.

Lol, how by any metric was Big Nog not in his prime at 27 years old, and the Pride HW champion? Early to mid 2000’s was absolutely prime Big Nog.

He would have been undefeated for basically a 6 year stretch from late 2000 to late 2006 if it wasn’t for multiple convincing losses to Fedor.

Thanks bro, you are a real one. He was so obviously oblivious to reality, I didn't have the heart to break it to him myself.

Haha, no worries. I was running with what I felt was the very sarcastic nature of the thread, but you make a good point Baileys and coffee mix much better than sarcasm and internet discussions.
