Any Wrestlers here?

Been looking to take my wrestling to the next level. What are some good instructionals that you could suggest to work on my wrestling? I bought one a while ago but it was very basic... like how to set up a single or a double. I need wrestling info like how to chain attacks together, how to properly set up shots and use faints and cut angles etc. Can yall suggest any? Most of my learning comes from watching YouTube or watching Gable Stevenson who is amazing.

For what purpose? Are you really 37? Do you have a wrestling background?

Finding a local adult wrestling club is extremely rare. Best bet would be to find a primarily no-gi BJJ school that is wrestling centric, and not heavily focused on guard pulling / but scooting / sitting to guard / leg locks / etc.

I wrestled for years. I found that watching high level wrestlers actually wrestling was a great way to learn.

Also i'd recommend lot of drilling and perfecting of technique.

Wrestlling iss somethign you can do yout whole life, not necasarily when you're young.
