USADA ko’d by Conor McGregor

UFC are officially parting ways with USADA in 2024. A lot of this seems to do with USADA not bending the rules to allow Conor McGregor to fight without getting tested.

Dana’s fkn nuts, Conor can’t fight until he’s clean so he gets rid of the testing agency lmao.

I’m all for it though, Renan barao, Chris weidman, Johnny Hendricks and every other fighter then went chit after USADA came in are about to make a comeback!!

Now takes out USADA too....this guy really sent UFC to an entire new level.

Good. USADA have been fuking useless from the get go. They parade around like they are the saviour of fighters when nobody fuking likes them and nobody fuking agreed to work with them. They fuked quite a number of fighters careers off the back of bad evidence too.

Super pumped about it, and firmly believe fighters ultimately will be healthier because of it. Using USADA was a good call initially to help the UFC gain / establish mainstream credibility as a major sport. Those days are past now.

Big thing to note is that (as far as I know) we haven’t gotten an official announcement from the UFC. I am 100% sure there indeed will be testing, but that the UFC will handle it “in-house” and not employ USADA to do it for them anymore.

Also, since the UFC being owned by the same same parent company as WWE, it makes perfect sense from a business redundancy reduction standpoint to have athlete testing in-house and let the USADA contract expire.

Jones and Lesnar were both openly allowed to cheat so Dana made it quite clear if you bring in the top dollars you will be protected by the company. We've come a long way from him being "disgusted by" and firing Nate Marquardt for getting a needle.

This lol I mean look at Costa, he gets tested more than anyone but has somehow found a way to cheese every test, it's not fair on fighters who don't have as experienced Endo's working for them, so just let them all juice. Hell maybe even DC can make a comeback with some HGH
