I think we all know max is good. Everyone is just hesitant cuz of his recent issues, that is no joke and pretty scary. If he is 100%i he is no doubt one of the best in the world, if he fought Conor now he might win. Thing had changed since long time ago.

The event is legitimately sold out, for anyone curious. There are only a few scattered single seats left. Pretty impressive for a card of this quality. Prices are crazy high, too. $152.00 for the cheapest ticket.

I have a lot of respect for Shevchenko and her fighting career and hope she takes it against JJ.

Ortega v Holloway could go either way but if I was a betting man I'd put money on Ortega via decision.

135 - Bantamweight
145 - Featherweight
155 - Lightweight
165 - Super Lightweight (new weight class)
175 - Welterweight
185 - Middleweight
195 - Super Middleweight (new weight class)
205 - Light Heavyweight
206+ - Heavyweight

Lima saved Laprise some extra CTE by not following up after that left

I met Elias in the sharks club in Vancouver after a fight night there. He’s very high on himself and comes off pretty douchey

I figured Elias would get the nod but as far as an actual fight goes Andres did more damage. These kind of fights show how flawed the 10 point must system really is

I actually lean toward Holloway. Personally I see the whole medical angle on Holloway as a media creation.

Ya I’m picking Holloway. I think Ortega’s good but he’s had to come from behind in a lot of fights. I think Holloway is just too skilled. I think he gets out to an early lead and just doesn’t let Ortega back in. IMO

Max breaks him in rd 3 or 4. Ortega will keep it competitive in the first and maybe the second, and then it’s all downhill.

Final prediction: Holloway rd 4 tko.

After his win tonight I think he has a solid claim to being top 15 all time.

hes not only not even 30...he just turned 27 this month. Like he said Ortega is considered one of the young guns in the division, and Max is the champ and even younger. I think he bounces back and continues his streak of wins tonight, Ortega is very good, but Holloway hasnt done anything in the octagon that suggests hes ripe for the plucking just yet, he might show a little rust from being out and having the health scare, so tonight may be the best chance at dethroning him, but Im not convinced it will happen.
