Nah Sean clearly hits harder than people think. Adesanya's face was a mess. If he was white he'd of looked messed up like hell.


But yeah I dont see how Strickland or Adesanya beats anyone that can actually grapple. Duplesis will be champ within a year or two for sure.


Hopefully this is the end of adesanya in ufc though he was badly exposed here.

Theres no "blueprint" to beat izzy, it's take your pick of whatever approach you want.

Sean checked like 90% of Izzy’s leg kicks, parried most of his punches, continually dug that front kick into his stomach and landed jab after jab. Sean probably landed 7-8 power punches but constantly battered Izzy. Sean’s octagon control was hella impressive too. Sean cut him off over and over and didn’t ever give izzy an opportunity to get off his heels and line up his strikes.
