He was toast regardless, arm triangle is a slow choke and he was pretty set in there and slowly cutting off blood flow

All about consistency. Khamzat was a freight train at first. Then life intervened (I've laid out the details here before) and the fire died down some.

Turner def had the biggest strikes of the fight but I'm sure Gamrot won on points

Gamrot takes round 3 even though he didn't do a lot of damage. I could see 2-1 either way. 3-0 gamrot wouldn't surprise me even though that's not how i'd score it.

R1: Gamrot (but close)
R2: Turner (I felt he did the most damage)

i feel like 30-27 only makes sense in the old world where control was emphasized more than it is today. today it's supposed to be more "damage" oriented. but you never know with these judges.
