That was how the first fight would have gone if Islam had proper rehydration time. The power difference in the clinch was just obvious.

That was a demolition. Don't even think volk got a single sig strike off

no... this was 100% technique

islam threw like 5 body kicks in the first minute. if u watch the first fight its what gave alex the most trouble, they obviously drilled it

alex went to block the body... got caught

-Usman proves he's a weight bully and would get destroyed by any top middleweight in the UFC. Guy picks on smaller guys his whole welterweight run and when he fight someone his size, he gets destroyed. Dude has 0 wrestling it's sad.

-Volk should have never took this fight. They should've just given the fight to gamrot, it probably would've been a better fight anyways.

- Stupid chit always happens when that Dagestani prick fights. Add that he's fighting Johnny Walker, we're bound to get a stupid outcome.

Honestly, this fight card was a disappointment.
Fk the Good Poster Crew (Lockdev, Pink, Kimm, Wasps, Expatriot, Mulloway, Luc1fer, Smallpeter, gwg, Super Hercules, Bonobo, maori-rap, Based Bagel, ezmac31, Goobaa, Godfrd and many more). You know who you are.

another clown take

khamzat broke his wrist in round 1, probably on the slam, would explain the pace slowdown.

usman is probably the hardest matchup khamzat can face. khamzat would wreck strickland.

i was explaining to you (a casual) that usman has always been **** off his back, the impressive part were the takedowns like i said, not anything he did on the ground. In fact I'd say him not being able to submit when he had his back the entire fight is **** tier. Edwards was closer to submitting him.

You said barely beat. No he clearly beat him. Sure it was competitive when Khamzat was dry humping his àsshole but other than that, the dude clearly lost. You're a fking moron.

Some of you guys have the dumbest takes.

Usman did great. Khamzat is just a savage. Usmans on his way out. His knees are done and hes lost 3 in a row now.

Cant take away what hes done in his career though. Im no usman fan but hes one of the GOATS of his division.

Usman clearly did more damage in round 3, which means he should have won the round.

1st round was obviously one sided.

2nd and 3rd round was close. khamzat said he injured his hand at the end of round 1 though

UFC is going downhill. Back when Mcgregor had his title run, Jones/DC rivalry...those were much better days.

The Khamzat/Usman fight would have been so much better if it was 5 rounds. Ankalaev is a beast who needs a title shot. Mahkachev is a beast...Imagine Makhachev vs Khabib

Wow. I hate khamzat and Marty fake newsman so I’m saying what I say as someone that wanted them both to get flatlined.

The first could ARGUABLY have been a 10-8 khamzat (at the minimum a 10-9)

Round 2 was a toss up, if round 2 went to usman it was because of the jab, straight and leg kick he landed (that was the ONLY talking point of that round)

Round 3, usman did….NOTHING…..as did cumshot khimaev.

I hate both, but to say usman won that as a whole is just completely wrong.

To say “khamzat not being able to submit him from his back, usman has always been chit on his back” is a pathetic take. What are you proving here? You’re proving someone in MMA isn’t proficient in ALL aspects of martial arts? Which is the name of what they’re doing? Retard take. Srs.

Barteh: in what UNIVERSE did khamzat “CLEARLY” lose round 2 and 3? (Don’t answer me, I know you have no reasoning for a CLEAR loss in rounds)

As said already I hoped for them both to flatline eachother because I hate both so it try to pull the “you’re a X fan”

Scoring is based on damage. Usman slightly edged out on the damage in both rounds. He obviously won them by a small margin, but both were pretty clearly in his favour. The round winner can be clear in close rounds, These two things aren't exclusive.

Do you see the problem with your statement?

Not really, a small margin can be clear. In football a 1-0 score would never be a draw, or a point of discussion. One side won, by a small margin. In the end, judging will always be subjective, of course. But I think most people score it wrong because of their lack of knowledge about the rules and not because they disagree that Usman edged out on damage (the only relevant scoring criteria in this case).

When you see people mentioning the takedown in round 3 and take it into account for the scoring you know they have no clue what they're talking about.

That’s extremely vague.

Like I said multiple times I wanted both of them to lose, but to say “usman edged out” and “clearly in his favour” doesn’t make sense. It’s one or the other.

I’ll give it to you this way….

usman lost round 1…. 10-9
Usman won round 2 …10-9 (because he landed a jab, straight, leg kick)
Usman lost round 3 10-9 because he got taken down at the end and controlled

Usman STILL lost the fightIFfirst round was only 10-9 (which it was more than likely 10–8)

I’ll give it to you this way….

usman lost round 1…. 10-9
Usman won round 2 …10-9 (because he landed a jab, straight, leg kick)
Usman lost round 3 10-9because he got taken down at the end and controlled

Usman STILL lost the fightIFfirst round was only 10-9 (which it was more than likely 10–8)
That's exactly where you're wrong and where your lack of knowledge about the rules shows. Getting taken down and controlled is not a relevant scoring criteria in this case. I'd recommend you go look up the rules and educate yourself a bit. Not saying that as a dig, but as legit advice. A lot of fans are simply unaware of the scoring criteria.
