DC is so cringe, i think im gonna root for jon bones for the first time and watch DC crying
235pounds to 168 in 4 months. 35% BF to 19% and counting lower every day. it is doable as long as you put your mind and soul into it and discipline. We all are going to make it.

If they don't fight its not because JJ gets popped again, it'll be because DC is getting old and JJ is just hitting his prime. DC wants to retire soon

DC is great on TV on FS1 and in his color commentary role but just hard to get excited for him when he fights. and his schtick is just cringe

I see we don’t have many DC fans here. He made a 270+ lbs man look like a feather. Super entertaining card all around. DC is goat. I hope after the brock fight he takes on JBJ at heavieweight with strick testing and redeems his only loss to then retire.

i bet Stipe is fuming right now..he knows he will never get that rematch again

on a side-note...i think Derrick Lewis is done...Stipe can beat him, Curtis Blaydes can beat him, Hell, even the last guy he beat can beat him
