Same thing mainly ground beef and rice. Sometimes i make burritos with beef and beans. I tried chicken for a little while but got tired of it.

Yeah lots of protein too especially chicken breast chopped up just throw some sriracha or other hot sauce on there, sometimes ill eat a whole thing of cottage cheese by itself for protein too lol.

When I was trying to cut I would air fry chicken tenderloins. Not too bad. Might do it again soon and get ultra-giga shredded.

got up at 5am and listened to a david goggins breifing. 3 mile jog straight no interval. i made a promise mfers that i would be able to run 3 miles straight within 6 weeks. i dont miss. i beat it by 3 weeks. fasting until supper time
