I like florida's approach better where you pay 0 income tax on your homestead. makes it more affordable for actual homeowners and less affordable for rent seekers

I remember when the democrats were the party of the working class, that was way back in the 20'th century. They went full pro-corporate when Obama took over the party and Biden was basically the biggest corporate stooge to ever sit in the white house. Now all they represent is big billionaires.

One of the benefits of living in the midwest, the houses on either side of me sold for $250,000 and with my remodel redone I think I'd best that number, so yes $4500 for a 2100sqft home isn't bad compared to some areas.
