Would you eat this penne rigate? (Italian miscers gtfih)

Decided to make a quick meal.

Should I cut back on the amount of sauce?

Ran out of cheese and didn't feel like grating more but it's cheesy enough.

Used tomato paste that was almost starting to mold lol despite having fresh tomatoes in the fridge.

I did add a bit of flour since I'm out of cream, is that heresy?
