Since you've beaten the game you have access to cheat codes and "God mode" (i.e. be a woman mode). Here's the plan of attack for your speed run as a woman this time.

1. Home owner - marry a rich guy, or a guy who just had the financial sense and patience to invest for 10-15 years instead of blowing it all on "live, love, laugh" travelling. Then divorce rape him.
2. Triple digit body count - just exist. Remember, you're a woman this time around.
3. Abs - admittedly the hardest part this time since no one can do this for you, and you can't just ride the coat tails of a more accomplished person. Develop the ability to not constantly shove ice cream, fried chicken, pizza etc into your mouth. Realise that you have no reason to be in caloric surplus constantly since as a woman you don't need to build strength or muscle.
