What happens if you do hammer curls with a triceps bar?

Will it only develop the middle of the biceps?

I only use my Tricep bar for skullcrushers so idk. The range of motion is worse than using regular DBs either way

That ish neva felt all that great for my biceps but I throw em in every now and then. db curls, bb curls, ez bar curls, preacher curls, hell even machine curls

there's so much better and simpler bicep movements
