Better sell homie, those gains are just numbers until someone hits buy. Once the grown millennials in tech get fired from their 200k/year email jobs that disposable gaming money will have to go elsewhere.

What's great too is how fast this stuff sells too. I've been drip feeding my cards onto marketplace that have grown and easily get 100% market value for them. Putting any money I make back into sealed product at MSRP

Except when you actually go to sell this stuff you never get the full value and it’s not as liquid

Seems like another bubble that will burst when a new trend appears.
Stanley cups, labewbies, Dubai chocolate…
I’ve been hearing about Pokémon scalping since covid days. The guys who got in early are prob cashing out rn and leaving the bag holding to the new ppl entering the trend. Every single fad ends this exact same way

Sold a PSA 9 Articuno card for $40 yesterday, Mega Charizard from Evolutions for $50 (LP) yesterday and today I'm selling an Eevee promo card from 151 for $180. All at market value
All is straight profit too except for the PSA 9 card I'm only making like $8 profit lol

That’s a lot of gas money
And for comparison I also sell retro gaming stuff and that stuff I tend to only get 60-90% market value on stuff
