Better sell homie, those gains are just numbers until someone hits buy. Once the grown millennials in tech get fired from their 200k/year email jobs that disposable gaming money will have to go elsewhere.

What's great too is how fast this stuff sells too. I've been drip feeding my cards onto marketplace that have grown and easily get 100% market value for them. Putting any money I make back into sealed product at MSRP

I was a Yugioh guy. Played competitively and miscer 'Eatforgains' actually played against some of my teammates. Are Yugioh cards worth anything these days? I never hear anyone talking about them. Only ones I remember being worth anything was like maybe 'Silberstein' and that was about it. Us guys that actually played the game only wanted the common cards. Holos get sold off immediately

edit: whoops, just looked it up and it was actually called 'cyber stein' lul

Yugioh keeps constantly reprinting the OG cards. Though the original cards have value. You'd have to look up the code on the card (under right side of the art) and get an idea

Seems like another bubble that will burst when a new trend appears.

Stanley cups, labewbies, Dubai chocolate…

I’ve been hearing about Pokémon scalping since covid days. The guys who got in early are prob cashing out rn and leaving the bag holding to the new ppl entering the trend. Every single fad ends this exact same way

It's easy to sell for 100% market value srs. Easily the most liquid collectible atm.

Sold a PSA 9 Articuno card for $40 yesterday, Mega Charizard from Evolutions for $50 (LP) yesterday and today I'm selling an Eevee promo card from 151 for $180. All at market value

All is straight profit too except for the PSA 9 card I'm only making like $8 profit lol

I don't go anywhere, just door pickup for buyers srs. Some buyers will travel 2+ hours to buy stuff from me which I don't understand lol

And for comparison I also sell retro gaming stuff and that stuff I tend to only get 60-90% market value on stuff

Wrong. Pokegoat has been going strong for like 30 years. Comparing that to labubus is brain dead
