I’ve seen people in videos putting oats in their smoothies, any recipes?

Do you know of any good smoothie recipes with oats in the smoothie? For bodybuilders?

I normally put my oats into the blender first and purée the fuk outta them.

Then I do the smoothie routine and dump the oats in there. I feel like it integrates better with the smoothie for a more uniform infusion of fiber.

I contacted Alondra Chapman from the film Natty 4 Life, it’s a Generation Iron movie, on her Instagram, and she responded:

In your blender, add ~3 cups of old fashioned oats. Pour in egg whites to cover oats. 1 teaspoon of baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste. Optionally, add 1/2 banana for moisture. Blend til smooth. Then pour into pan over medium heat until bubbles form. Flip on other side to brown. Enjoy!

Oats are a garbage food made to feed horses.

The only carbs I eat in the morning are from fruit, if I even eat breakfast. I just eat when hungry

I do:
1 scoop protein
1/2 cup oats blend them into a powder first
1 cup milk
About half a banana cut up and frozen
Teaspoon of vanilla extract optional
