Started prioritizing shoulders by doing them prior to chest/tris ***MISC Lifters!***
Srs. Spamming lateral raises before chest to grow the delts.

Thought about trying this, although; my chest is nothing special and also needs development.
I found it interesting, watching videos about bronze era physical culturists, they didn’t prioritize chest at all. In the Eugene Sandow era, they didn’t think big chests were aesthetically pleasing. It took George Hackenschmidt coming around to invent floor pressing. Even then, Hackenschmidt didn’t make it a huge priority I don’t think

I done shoulder presses earlier but u do realise 99% of the misc has never lifted a weight in their lives?
pick out a random miscer and they couldn;t even do 10 pushups

I do think I’d benefit more from bigger/wider shoulders than a bigger chest.
