What's the consensus on breakfast????
We all agree that breakfast food is the GOAT but is breakfast necessary?
Does it decrease or increase your metabolism?
Does it affect your residence to insulin??

"Break Fast" is designed to break your fast each day. You lost fat while sleeping, which is why the IF diets work so well.
Obviously if you're working manual labor all day, you probably should eat breakfast because you won't have fuel all day. But for someone sitting at a desk all day, breakfast is just going to ruin your fasting period for the day and make you fat.

Skip breakfast and lunch.
Intermit fast instead.
Only eat in a 4 or 6 hour window in the evening.

When you eat clean food, you have to eat a lot of it to get in the calories. I'll eat as soon as I wake up and throughout the day because cramming it into fewer meals would be a really large volume of food in the fewer meals.
If you don't need to eat a lot of food though, an IF type approach is probably healthy.

I don't eat it but if I didn't care about calories it's honestly got some of the best tasting options
-French toast
-Waffles
-Bacon
-Eggs/omelets
-Sugary cereals (Cinnamon Toast Crunch aka the GOAT)
-Biscuits
-Croissants/donuts/muffins/danishes
-Bagels
-Breakfast sandwiches of many varieties

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

There's plenty of junk food that is truly worth going off the rails for but poptarts was a massive disappointment. I would have low expectations for the ice cream sandwiches after the poptarts themselves were such a failure re-trying as an adult.
