How much you incline db pressing these days fam? Also, what did you think of UFC 250?
Doing legs at some point today:
unilateral step up lunges x 5
bw back extension x 3
barbell back calf raises x 3

Point is… not much weight lol. If I keep the weight relatively low and the reps really high, I can still get a pump in the target muscle and I feel like I’ve accomplished something. From this video, it was 55 pound dumbbells for 3 sets of 20. 🤷🏼
I’ve done 75 pounds DB’s for 3x20 recently, but I really banged up my shoulder throwing that dodgeball every day at summer school and playing football with the kids these past couple of weeks. 💀
And I loved UFC 250. One of the best events I’ve seen in a while.
What did you think?

Same. That was definitely the best UFC I think I'd ever seen. Every fight had you on your toes except for Lewis/Hockit.

I train MON-FRI. Beach on SAT, In-Laws and chores on SUN.
If SAT is shitty and not a beach day, I go to gym and do a "MISC" day (just to get out).
New rack and new gym layout working out amazingly!!

Squat/overhead press/deadlift and some curls for the girls this morning with my teenage son.
He's still learning the lifts but progressing well.

Speaking of… I may try to get one of both of my sons to come over and lift with me tomorrow.

Double post . May as well take this opportunity to tell you about the new bar I just ordered . I’m having really bad pain issues in my left palm when doing squats.
I think it’s because my arms are so short that it puts my hands in an awkward position.
I never thought much of these bars but now that my hand feels like it’s sprained I think I'm a fan lol
This does not come with the attachments , but I have a feeling the straight handles will be fine

I have the Titan Fitness V2 of that bar. And yes, the street handles are more than fine.

Anybody lifting today?
It’s really fking with me , but pendulum swings are helping it a bit . 60-10 on fiat and 50-10 on incline .
Today’s legs . I’ve been improving on legs bigly . Two sessions ago I used my leg hack squat machine after doing conventional squats .
Did really high reps to get a major burn , and I noticed my squats improved the next time.
Doing about 6 sets of light leg extensions and curls has really helped me eliminate knee pain. Best advice I’ve ever received srs
