How much you incline db pressing these days fam? Also, what did you think of UFC 250?


Doing legs at some point today:

unilateral step up lunges x 5
bw back extension x 3
barbell back calf raises x 3

Something has been wrong with my right arm from the shoulder down to the elbow, probably for about six months now, if not a year. I’ve been pushing through it, but I have an appointment with an orthopedic doctor in about a week and a half to have some imaging done.

Point is… not much weight lol. If I keep the weight relatively low and the reps really high, I can still get a pump in the target muscle and I feel like I’ve accomplished something. From this video, it was 55 pound dumbbells for 3 sets of 20. 🤷🏼

I’ve done 75 pounds DB’s for 3x20 recently, but I really banged up my shoulder throwing that dodgeball every day at summer school and playing football with the kids these past couple of weeks. 💀

And I loved UFC 250. One of the best events I’ve seen in a while.

What did you think?

What did you think?
That's not too bad. I've been doing mostly light weight, high rep myself. I do an incline db chest fly double set directly into incline db press, so I only need like ~35-40lbs to get a massive pump.

Same. That was definitely the best UFC I think I'd ever seen. Every fight had you on your toes except for Lewis/Hockit.

I train MON-FRI. Beach on SAT, In-Laws and chores on SUN.
If SAT is shitty and not a beach day, I go to gym and do a "MISC" day (just to get out).

New rack and new gym layout working out amazingly!!
