Is it really that hard for some people? I legit went 4 months without a single puff because I didn't really feel like it. Just went a week without any real consequences because I'm dry.

Damn Bobby, congrats, didn't even know this was a thing for you. I want to drop alcohol but I find it too enjoyable, probably down to an average of 2-4 drinks a week though, all these delicious craft beers and liquors everywhere now, hardest time to stop. Did you stop just to be healthier or because you felt like you were drinking so much it was a problem?

I didn’t think I would either but when you find yourself booking your work travel and layover to where you have more time to drink in the airport or getting upset because you didn’t realize the government controls the booze in Canada and you can’t buy it on Sunday’s and it changes how you act toward everyone...that and drinking 30 beers a day...it was time to change.
