Mostly because I ignored legs for the most part for years and I've been hitting legs and glutes twice a week.

So up 2lbs lean down 5.5 lbs fat.

That's because I had only put more than 225 on the bar once in the last 4 to 6 years and it was only the second time I've flat benched in the 3 or so years since my shoulder surgery.
So I was fired up to do it and have my shoulder not hurt after 7 sets.
