They take risk, use massive leverage, and collect assets to capture the output of wagecels. They worry about top line revenue 350x more than personal expenses.

Even that’s pretty unusual, much less being a high earner with a diverse asset portfolio etc. Those people don’t need a Dave Ramsey, they need a good tax-focused CPA

Some of his advice is not bad, like buying a used car, but his crazy anti-credit card mentality is really just catering to the people I've mentioned above. I can't even remember the last time I used cash to buy anything.

His plan to get out of debt is the best out there. I used it. paid off 20k in one year. Debt free
Now his investing ideas are horrible. He's stuck in his mutual fund madness.
He does have one thing right though. Debt is slavery. Even if you become wealthy through utilizing leverage, your eventual best bet is to pay off everything. Too many people over-leverage which is why you see a lot of them file for bankruptcy. Don't be cash flow reliant forever.
But Catbrah is the last person to call Ramsey callers morons. Dude is the worst person with money on this forum lmao

Even his site, there's a paragraph that says if you use your credit card and you're on point, you're part of that small group of people who gonna be alright

Brb, ignore the fact that your home is different bc it's the only asset you buy with debt that appreciates in value
