4 straight days of overeating by at least 5000 calories each day I'd say

How much have I goof'd on the diet this time?

I bought way too much junk food, then felt like I had to eat it all to get rid of it (there's even still some left tbh). Feels bad man.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Yeah your body will rev up to burn off some of that excess when you overeat like this. Do it too long though and your metabolism obviously can't keep up and then it does just turn to fat.

Not sure about some of you, but I can noticeably feel my body temp rise when I binge eat like this. I have a hard time sleeping because I actually get hot. 4 days is a long time though, so I probably dun goof'd on some level for sure. It may not be 6 lbs of fat, but I'd say 3-4 for sure.

Don't you think it's weird that some accounts average over 200 reps per day, every single day, for years on end?

you still been working out? what’s some of the junk food you’ve been eating?

I just got my own spot n started cooking but I feel like that has lead to lesser calories bc less junk food

I need to eat more junk food bc I’m skinny but also been sitting on my ass all day working then chilling. Not working out so Idk if it’d be a good idea to start slamming junk food

It blows my mind how somebody can put down 5k+ calories a day, both the appetite and the letting themselves do it aspect of it.

Body has a lot more processes going on than that. Also depends on what you're doing.

Hell, even thinking burns calories.

I bet being anxious also burns calories differently

Thats why its good to ballpark and have an idea of "maintenance". Aint nobody getting that chit 100%. Youre prob closer eating at a deficit and majorly controlling intake to just know youre under

OP eats himself to death whenever the Yankees bitch slap his favorite baseball team.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

In my experience, one day of going HAM (as in eating every 1-2 hours whatever crap i want and as much as i want) takes 2 days of strict cutting to undo the damage.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."
