Tips for deskcels with knee tendonitis? (standing desks?)
Any brahs have experience with this?
I've have quad and patellar tendonitis for going on a year now. I figured out exercises that help, but sitting every day really seems to hinder progress.
Sitting with legs straight and knee bands do help a bit, but it's still not great.
Anybody try standing desks for this situation? Will be making a temporary one and trying it out.

Standing definitely helps. We had adjustable desks at work and I've rigged up some boxes/books to make it so I can also sit and stand at home while I work. I stand for about 3-4 hours of my day.
