Tips for deskcels with knee tendonitis? (standing desks?)

Any brahs have experience with this?

I've have quad and patellar tendonitis for going on a year now. I figured out exercises that help, but sitting every day really seems to hinder progress.

Sitting with legs straight and knee bands do help a bit, but it's still not great.

Anybody try standing desks for this situation? Will be making a temporary one and trying it out.

Standing definitely helps. We had adjustable desks at work and I've rigged up some boxes/books to make it so I can also sit and stand at home while I work. I stand for about 3-4 hours of my day.

Yeah, I am also hoping this works out just so I can have an excuse to build myself a nice standing desk

Hmm, that's encouraging. Just stacked up some books myself and feels decent so far. Hopefully this experiment pans out.

My friends boyfriend is making me stands for my monitors that I can stack. It will be easier than the books/boxes. lol I use one of my aerobic steps for my keyboard. I've sent pics to friends of what I've rigged up and they laugh.
