db rows are something I've slept on for way too long

jm presses for triceps are also doing something i've never experienced before, will report back in a couple months with if there's any actual results from them

I’ve got a new triset for home workout when doing full bodies:

Close-grip ez bar curls (8-10 reps) / tricep band overhead extensions (20 reps) / band laterals raises (20 reps per arm)

These Tom Platz hack squats are legit for quads.

Julian Smith also has a similar variation but I can't seem to find it

It essentially looks like this except on the hack squat

tom platz used the hacksquat as a sissy squat machine which is fckin pissening if you watch any videos of him on a hack squat and realize 99% of guys can't do a sissy squat with their bodyweight alone.

that video doesnt properly show it I can't find a decent video but his back would come off the pad too making it a true sissy squat

A few favs...

Single arm seated rows are severely underrated for a nasty lat pump. Dumbbell bench press blows my chest up like a porn star, same with dumbbell flyes, way more than cables. Lateral raises with a thumbless grip....trust me, try this. Spider curls. Single arm tricep pull downs with no attachment on the cable.
