Walter Jr gets bitten and turns in the first few minutes of the movie. The rest of the movie is a POV cam of him wandering around eating people until someone kills him. His first victims are Skyler and his sister, then aunt Marie when she comes to check on them. Final victim is Jessie who has come back to the ABQ to try to save his family.
